Why CTRL+C, CTRL+V, CTRL+X for COPY/PASTE/CUT operations work good, but CTRL+Ins, SHIFT+Ind and CTRL+Del not?  :'(

Possibly because of the differences in operating systems used?
Keyboard special function keys tend to be OS specific, no?

Well, the OP has a point. It seems as if the IDE always uses the Unix shortcuts (where Ctrl-C, Ctrl-V and Ctrl-X are normal). Under Windows you'd want the IDE to at least co-support the Windows keybindings.
