hi guys

i am about to build a project

it is a chronograph for rifles

the way i want it to work is to use either a LED or IR LED and a reciever

the light is broken between them and then a little bit of maths later it gives you the power reading

the real question is as the time the light will be broken will be very short which would be better to use

LDR or photo transistor?
