One of the examples is in Java.
I don't know Java, but the example looks straightforward.
I think it would be easy to transcribe into Processing.

so i have just wasted £20 on a screen?
im trying to fix the code with my current conveter.
its just a hex converter i need

ok i have the code now, i saw on the playground theres the part of displaying it on an lcd via serial . how do i do it manuly

i am trying to display the code from the java converter on the screen. how do i put it on it? how would i modify the code to read it ?

Of course I could tell you, but how would you learn then?

Start looking at simple serial handling. There are plenty of examples here on the forum and at the Playground.

I learn by seeing something full and working and then figure out how it works. I just get bored by reading loads of crap
