Well a capacitor will smooth things out but the essence of a measurement is to record what is present. If you add a capacitor you will be affecting the signal which is something that an instrument should not do. Are you expecting noise?

There is  a serious problem with this BB system!

This thread was presented as having no replies (0, 0x00, zero, nil, nul, nada, -infinity, l)  when I clicked on it.

What was then displayed was a reply to the thread from 'Grumpy Mike'... but not the original post from 'pracas'

After posting a reply to this thread, I went back to it. The original post is still missing. If I was running this BB it would give me the creeps.

Grumpy_Mike

I think the original poster might have removed the post as we did have a prolonged personal message correspondence about this.
