Need parts suggestions for:
Expanding the analog inputs to 10.
Good temp sensor that is a good fit for the Arduino.

Attach a 4-channel SPI A/D converter to the SPI lines (e.g., MCP3004).

Temp sensors vary quite a bit. Easiest is a thermistor connected as a voltage divider to one of the A/D inputs, or more linear (but more expensive) is an LM35DZ into an analog pin.

The MCP3208 is an 8 channel ADC, and it's trivial to run 2 of them.  code for it is in the playground, and I posted code for using multiple units on the forum a few days ago.
