When I try to startup Arduino 11 I get this error message:

Exception in thread "main" java.lang.StringIndexOutOfBoundsException: String ind
ex out of range: -1
        at java.lang.String.substring(Unknown Source)
        at java.lang.String.substring(Unknown Source)

It seems that arduino is trying to get some sort of color from windows. I've always used a modified theme and don't want to switch back and forth between default and modified theme whenever I need to use this program. Does anyone know exactly which color value Arduino is trying to get? That way I can just change my theme so it gets that instead.
