Hello Im looking for a REALLY REALLY basic circuit, I Have the folowing components..

1.) IR, Emitter
2.) Detector (photo transistor)
3.) Resistors
4.) My Arduino<3
5.) A regulair LED

Basically I want to have my blink program run and for my detector to detect it and set the LED (Wireless) To Blink!

Please help I want to learn how to do this i plan on making my own arduino shield with a ton of emitters so I wont have to deal with
 pesky wiring...

Also My IR LEDs are from RadioShack (276-142) 1 Pair
