 Bigger Bigger Smaller Smaller Reset Reset

Hello, I was trying to build a typical sample, send sensor values (SHT15) to a webpage.
I've two samples that work, the included webclient from the samples adapted to my ip working, and using a library like (https) github(dot)com/practicalarduino/SHT1x and the included sample read the values, but if I mix them it does not work.

I've reduced the sample to something like:

void setup() {
  Ethernet.begin(mac, ip, gateway, subnet);
  Serial.begin(9600);
  delay(1000);
}

void loop() {
 printValues();
}

printValues is a funtion that does the smae that the example provided in github practicalarduino link (sorry firt post I'm not allowed to put link), the problem is that this sample work only if I comment the line  Ethernet.begin(mac, ip, gateway, subnet);  if Ethernet.begin is NOT called the sensor returns the correct values, if the Ethernet.begin code is called, I get wrong values (I think the minimum sensor values...)

SHT15 is connected as I view in a schema, GND to Arduino GND, VCC to Arduino 5v, SCK to Arduino pin 11 and Data to 10.

Any idea about what could be happening?
I've tried to power the board with a wall adapter (in case not enough power was delivered for ethernet shiel and sensor but it has no effect)

Best regards.

Pin 10 is the chip select pin for the ethernet shield.

Thanks Paul, excuse my NO hardware knowledge, I copied the schema from a web (it worked without Ethernet), please can you tell me where do I have to connect then DATA and SCK pins, they were connected to pins 10 and 11.

Apart from pin 10, do I need to avoid more pins?

Best regards.

Yes. Read all about the shield here:
http://arduino.cc/en/Main/ArduinoEthernetShield

As far as how to connect the SHT15, I'd need to see all of your code.

Solved, not only had to change pin 10 to 9, but 11 too, and change them in the library.

Thanks for your quick help!!!
