I know this is a quite heavy modification, but i would like to discuss a new board structure to meet the needs of acommunity as big as ours. In the beginning i would propose the following outline, but i would of course discuss changes to it and hopefully find a solution the users and the admins are happy with.
-------------------------- {Those that needs further explaination have a comment in brackets} General - News - Forum - Wiki - FAQ - Bar Sport /OT
Community - Workshops - Exhibition - For Sale {Users rather than shops sell stuff} - Community Purchase {Buy with rates if you find enough people)
Arduino Hardware - Arduino Hardware Troubleshooting - Arduino Bugs and Suggestions - Arduino Development
Hardware - Component Catalogue {As extension to the playground i would strongly recommend having a board where components are discussed, moderated doing just one part per thread} - Troubleshooting - Interfacing - Development
Software - Library Catalogue (same as above, for software) - Troubleshooting - Core development (changes to IDE and Core libs) - Development - C/C++
3rd Party help - Eagle - Fritzing ... Other software that is usually used in conjunction with Arduino
International As is.
---------------------

Believe me, Mike, I calculated the odds of this succeeding against the odds I was doing something incredibly stupid[ch8230] and I went ahead anyway.

Perhaps add a "for sale" in the Community section?

Looks pretty good... Agreed. As a side note, I suppose the For Sale could also be used for "wanted" as well.
