Does it wait til you know it's looking or do new post notifications happen all the time?

I'm at work, I spend a lot of time with the browser hidden which got me wondering whether it waits til it has your attention.

Perhaps the little man who lives in your fridge and turns the light out when you close the door has finally reached the 21st century?

The light stays on all the time, how else would he know you opened the door?

The little man watches you open and close the door!

Actually, the fridge I have at the moment doesn't have a light smiley

Ours didn't for a few weeks, it died when we moved, but it's been replaced apparently, this morning I subconsciously used it to light the kitchen while I did stuff

The last bulb in it's last weeks was EXTREMELY extra bright, it was like looking at the sun when your eyes were used to the dark, it was great (yes, I realize this was a sign that it was almost dead anyway, but I blame it on the move)

Little light inside aside, don't most men suffer from refrigerator blindness, can't find anything unless it's in front?

That's from a Rita Rudner routine, funny as hell.

As a man living on my own there is only ever stuff at the front.  On the rare occasion I'm low on space then bigger things go at the back.
