ATMEGA328P-AU and ATMEGA328P-PU pin-to-pin compatibility ?

Hello to everyone,

After a quick reading on the ATMEGA328P datasheet, I understood that those two versions (packages) of the ATMEGA328P are pin-to-pin compatible (in term of function and specs), except that the -MU/TQFP one has 2 more ADC ports (6/7).

Am I right to think that I could re-use completely the Duemilanove schematics, keep all components but the MCU on the schematics, and "re-wire" identicaly the TQFP package ? Such a board would be a smd-Duemilanove, correct ?
