Topic: Anyone know of a bipolar DAC shield? (Read 198 times) previous topic - next topic

I'm looking for a DAC shield(hopefully four channel) which can output a -/+ 5V signal and have at least 12 bit resolution. I've looked around and haven't found anything, so does anyone know of a shield which will meet these specs?

To get around this, at the moment I am using an MCP4725 and routing the signal through a diff amp to give me a bipolar voltage.

Thanks

Well, guess I'll answer my own email. I did find a power DAC shield here:

https://www.tindie.com/products/visgence/power-dac-shield/

They say this will output a true positive and negative signal.
