How do you mount a Photoresistor in a nice aluminum enclosure like this?

Drill a hole? Two more holes for screws. Solder the photoresistor on a perf board and screw the board to the holes with standoffs.

No, I mean something that looks a bit more professional, a tiny bit water resistant,
Like a good looking LED in a panel mount LED holder...

why not take a panel mount led, remove the led, and replace it with a photo-resistor.
