 Good afternoon Arduino users,

I'm new in using Arduino kits and products. I have recently used Arduino Uno and its Voice recognition kit Easy VR Shield and did implement the system to be used in Robot directions control. I'm facing a problem with the attached microphone ( 8 ohm speaker output ) as it is totally inefficient and it the input voice is not being read from the very first time. I tried using it in a clear environment that has no noise at all, same problem occurs.

I need to ask whether there's a modification I can do to power up the microphone and if there's another powerful microphone I can get.

Thank you.
