Hi,

the basic blink sketch somehow doesn't work with my new Arduino Uno. The LED just stays lit for all the time, using a different pin and changing the delay doesn't help. Blink without delay works just fine and so do the other things I've tried out.

My setup:
Gentoo Linux
Arduino IDE 22 (64bit)
GCC 4.4.5
avrdude 5.10

My guess is that somehow delay doesn't work.

EDIT: Building a new toolchain ATM…

Hello,

same problem here. Somehow 'delay' seems broken?

Running on
Arch Linux
Ardunino 0022

Edit: Seems to be a known problem with toolchain/gcc,
see http://arduino.cc/forum/index.php/topic,49900.0.html
and https://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=8388

The second link suggests to
Quote
#include <avr/delay.h> and use _delay_ms untill this is figured out.
which works for me.
