Are there any special types of relays that I need to turn a fluorescent lights on from an arduino? I  have a OUDH-SS-112D relay, which should be good with a 15 watt fluorescent bulb, right? I'm just worried about the startup of the bulb, and I'm using the right type of relay, or whether I should be using a relay at all. Thanks

Do you think a really rated 10A and 120 VAC would be good enough? Or do I need something higher to prevent arcing?

Well its an 18" aquarium fluorescent tube. The ballast is an FS-22H. I'm not really sure if its solid state or not, but I'm leaning towards a magnetic since it wasn't too expensive. The ballast itself says 110V/130V Single and 220V/240V Series.
