Hi there,

I want to distribute the Windows USB device driver inf files Arduino UNO.inf and Arduino MEGA 2560.inf with a project that I have.  The files themselves indicate they are copyright Microsoft, but have clearly been tailored with the VID/PID by the Arduino team.

When I download the arduino software bundle for Windows, under what license are these files?
