Just as a teaser, there is something I am planning to show that I have not yet finished yet. Physically it is the biggest thing I have done, and involves a medieval design musical instrument and 10 scrap CD drives. It depends on if I can get it working (or part working) and the paint dry before Friday.

Yeah, I'm sure we can meet up either during the day or for a drink after Are you guys up for both days or just the Saturday? Grumpy Mike has a stand I'm sure he wouldn't mind us using it as a meeting point.

There will be. The guys and girls from oomlout and sonodrone will be there again this year. John will be showing of his UK101 computers again and probably have some Arduino stuff.

I have only managed to get 5 strings going on my harp player. Does anyone know any simple well known tunes that use only the notes F to C in one octave. A MIDI file would be even greater. Alternatively, a tune where the majority of notes in this range will do as the computer MIDI sound can fill in.
I am setting off for Newcastle in about an hour but I should have internet connections tonight.
Cheers
