I Suppose we will be seeing EagleFar Sometime in the future.
Though none of the names ring a bell, the Name  EagleCAD does ring a bell...

OK; I'm nervous.  CadSoft was very "enlightened" about supporting hobbyist, student, small scale, and "read only" users.   Not to mention Mac and Linux.   And the active support was nice (there are several CAD packages of the "ah, we're not commercial any more.  Here's the last version we shipped.  Have fun.  Bye!" sort.  But having some of the most requested features show up in NEW SW versions was nice.)
