I was taking pictures of my arduino uno and I saw this http://g33k.me/b397bfb2 Is my arduino broken? Also it get pretty warm, Is that normal?

Nothing wrong. The pin is not connected because the same electrical connection is made on the top side of that regulator chip. Also warm is normal, depending on what voltage level you are using at the external power connector and how much current you are drawing from external components.
