Guys i am using nodemcu to store the relay states in the EEPROM, the code works for 1st relay ( pin 12 ), but its not working for the 2nd relay. I don't know which part am i going wrong.

I need to store the  state of 4 relays to nodemcu EEPROM. Please help  out.
