Try each one and see what one YOU find easiest!

See the problem is I don't have any dongles or shields that i can use and i can order stuff from ebay time to time. I just want to be sure before i do something

Unless you try all the options, you will NEVER know the simplest option, will you?

Well, Bluetooth does not work with IOS but wifi does. But setting up WIFI for arduino is kinda hard.

Do you know any bluetooth modules that work with IOS? and what kind of app do i need to use it?

The popular HC-0x Blueteeth don't work with IOS, but any Bluetooth v4 module will. Just how useful IOS is in the Arduino world is not very clear but for just sending control commands to Arduino, it should be OK, and a browse through the app store should show that.
