Currently - Tutorials for new people on the forum.
My suggestion - Fundamentals for beginners to Arduino and programming

We see first-time posters that obviosly don't see the word tutorials - adding all kinds of irrelevant questions and ads.

Of course this won't stop these misplaced posts - but does make the aim of the topic more obvious.

Experienced responders have a nose for laziness, (they were beginners once)... Sure, there are trolls, chest-beaters, and pretenders - but the help you'll get here is about as good as it gets - if you try to help youself!.

To be honest, I think a lot of newbies will consider that their question is about fundamentals and will be more encouraged to use a section with that title.

It is much easier to tell someone that his post is NOT a tutorial

But if something is futile then it is important to make it as easy as possible :)
