Guys, if I use the following shield:

http://cgi.ebay.com/LCD-Keypad-Shield-Arduino-Duemilanove-Freeduino-/260665199249?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_15&hash=item3cb0db4a91

How many pins can I still use? I want to hock up an extra EEPROM set from this:

http://cgi.ebay.com/Arduino-EEPROM-module-512K-Sensor-Shield-free-cable-/190453241474?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item2c57e5d682

Also, do I need the sensor shield or can I just connect directly to the pins?

Thanks.

Ah, I also need to connect a MIDI IN and MIDI OUT, so that's some extra pins too.  8-)
