Erm, Why are you asking here for support on someone elses hardware?

What have you tried so far?

At a minimum, you should of tried :

New/Different USB cable
Different USB port (NOT USB 3 - there are known, documented issues)
Reboot the PC after installing the driver for your board (Can't help with this as you have provided NO details)

and also, don't say 'my computer can't reginize my arduino nano', You don't have an 'Arduino nano', you have a nano!

I cannot even see what the picture says !

Anyhow copy cat clones often need a driver that is not included with the IDE (and why would or should they).
But feel free to read more posts to get the answer to your question.

Not like it hasnt been asked a thousand times already.
The search option is good to help you.
See the magnifying glass at the top right ?

It may not be the answer you were looking for but its the one I am giving based on either experience, educated guess, google or the fact that you gave nothing to go with in the first place so I used my wonky crystal ball.

Device Descriptor Request Failed is usually a very bad sign - I've only seen it as a result of hardware problems (which can include a bad cable, which seems to be very common lately).

Even without the correct drivers, the device descriptor request should succeed.
