Hello and Good day!

I recently bought an Arduino Engineering kit, it's all okay until I want to get my 1-year individual user license for Matlab and Simulink. I already went to mathworks.com/arduino-kit-license but i didn't receive any license number. Please help me with this.

Thank you in advance!

Why are you asking us? This seems like an inquiry for Mathworks support.

Presumably because purchasing an Arduino Engineering Kit entitles the customer to the licenses.

If Chevrolet offered you one year of SiriusXM with the purchase of a vehicle who would you contact if your radio had been silent from the moment you drove off the lot?
