can i use HC-SR04 ultrasonic senor connect to SIM300 board to send the data collected from the sensor?

i bought both of them(HC-SR04 and SIM300) from ebay, i want to use HC-SR04 to sense the range data (HC-SR04 is a range sensor) and send the data with SIM300, but i am not sure how to connect them, can anyone plz give me some help?
