Is "kingfisher" supposed to be a color? Yes but not a man colour it's a girl colour. Ask your girl (if you have one)

I asked the wife, she said "what" ... must be a British thing
after googling it I see the resemblance tween the color and the bird

I will have to wait to see what is it. My Arduino order gonna wait. If it's something really important (new arduino ? ) or even new software, I would be so disapointed if I ordered the old thing. But maybe thats just a theme. On other thought, they did mentionned something about food...yumm

teal yes that is it! it all makes since now!
teal is 4 letters, add up their decimal values you get 422
add the letters in the words "arduino" and "Duemilanove" you end up with 18
take 422 and devide it by 18 which gives you 23.4
take 0.4 * 4 (again teal is the answer) and you end up with 1.6
now take 23.4 and add the letter count of arduino (7) + 1.6 and you get
32
OMFG we are getting a 32 bit arduino!

OMFG we are getting a 32 bit arduino! BRILLIANT!!!!! I'm still gonna guess though that it will be an edible arduino. I mean, look at their choice of idiom, cooking! I can't wait to make my mom a cake with blinky lights on it! Gotta make sure to use lead free solder though.

In the end it will be just a new website - why else having a new logo?

Gotta make sure to use lead free solder though. Why on earth !!!! Lead free solder is the invention of the devil, it makes devices have a shorter life and increases the energy needed to manufacturer things. Conventional solder poses no health hazard and the amount used in electronics compared to automobile battery use is stupidly vanishingly small.

I wouldn't get too excited. The arduino in the pic had a serial port. Maybe they're just replacing it with a pic of one with a USB port.

probabily it's an arduino with enougth power that create enougth heat to boil the water for the pasta... add some extravirgin oil, pepper, a bit of Grana cheese and salt, and it's ready! then it can also usaed to make some coffe, obviusly only expresso (hardware limitation)
