Hi all,

I'm using an Arduino with a Wiz811MJ. I've been trying to rtfm on various simple, easy to implement protocols for sending data to and from the Arduino and check for errors. I'm not sure if "protocol" is the right word, what I mean is the format of the data, headers, data, crc bytes etc. I could just do my own, but I'd like to start using the same type for multiple projects so it needs some thought out expandability. Any suggestions?

I am using the OneWire library, does it work to use it's built in CRC checker to generate a CRC byte?
