Hey, I'm looking to get use the XBee like a remote control from on arduino, the remote, the another. 

Will I need two XBees, one to send and one to recive, or can I use something else,
Does the XBee come with the reciving part,

If anybody knows any good tutorials please help me out. To sum up, I'm really stuck on the whole XBee side of things and need some help.

You will need one XBee on each Arduino. Make sure you pick one that has appropriate range - there is wide variation in that.
