Bigger Bigger Smaller Smaller Reset Reset

Hello ppl.

Im looking for a way to build this board from the bottom:
http://www.sparkfun.com/products/9056

Anybody that know a little about that? Witch multiplexer IC i should use? I've been looking at this multiplexer:
http://viewitem.eim.ebay.dk/CD74HC4067E-CMOS-Logic-16Ch-MUXDEMUX-74HC4067/300559049062/item

But are unsure how to make the connections from the arduino uno to the multiplexer, and then further to my sensors.

Any help?

Thanks in advance.

Read the datasheet for the chip to see how the chip works and what signals you have to provide.
