Bigger Bigger Smaller Smaller Reset Reset

I am a hobbyist when it comes to programming but, here are my thoughts.

I have a Primer2 which has been replaced by the Evoprimer. It has the STM32F103 Arm chip as the base of it all. It has a ton of cool features and seems very advanced. However, I had trouble understanding it and did not find an easy way to learn it. Then, I read things that say the Arm chip is for the experienced programmer or things in that context.

I moved to the Arduino Uno and I had programs running within 15mins and made some versions of my own within a few hours of playing around. The Arduino is WAY more developed and a lot more work is available for cut and paste to your own needs. Almost anything I want to do has been done before and the code has been shared. I did not find that with the Arm chip.
