Hello,
where can I find Arduino Mega 1280 first tutorial? Using Win7 and can't found tutorial for Mega 1280, I'm trying connect it to PC first time. Then I connecting it to pc, PWR LED is red and anoter led is blinking red. Computer recognise it like Other Devices > FT232R USB UART in device manager.

There aren't tutorial for Arduino mega 1280 or I can't find it..

If it has the FTDI chip, just use the same tutorial as for the Diecimila/Duemilanove for installing the drivers.

Later-on don't forget to choose the correct board in the tools menu: "Arduino Mega (ATmega 1280)" !
