i'm sure that everyone one wants to chat with a group of people on the arduino forum,
so why not telling to arduino website maker to make a chat server
to get better help without wasting any time with people.

What do you guys think

Not everybody.

There is no permanent record of a chat, like there is with the forum. Other people can come along later with a problem, and search the forum to find a solution.

While a chat session might speed up the resolution of YOUR problem, it would help no one else.
