Heh.  I've been posting a lot of theory and PCB designs and such recently, but I didn't actually get an arduino working till tonight, when I put together my first "Bare Bones Board."  Of course, I had to get it to DO something, so here it is blinking some LEDs in the classic "kit car" fashion.  The LEDs are just stuck into the digital output pins, with half the pins programmed as grounds (and no current limiting resistors.  Tsk Tsk, but it works.)
