Hello, i bought these GSM Module and the sheild (ebay 220855397963), but how connect these to computer, what else i have to buy, my project is send text message to many customer using vb.net and i dont know what else. Please somebody tell me what I need, first of all, what type of hardware, thank you

Just plug the shield in. That's why you bought a shield.

An Arduino and a PC would be useful. A USB cable, too.

First of all you need better requirements ....

An UNO might do the trick, but if you need more memory a MEGA might be better.

... i dont know what else ...

We don't know either ....
