Bigger Bigger Smaller Smaller Reset Reset

I have been trying to use the help but unable to access it.
My question is I have been trying to use the servo.pde but I cannot compile it until I have inserted the '#include <math.h>' at the begining before it compiles.  I am also having trouble with controling a servo of any kind.
Can anybody help?

Where did you get servo.pde?  I don't think it's part of Arduino 0.22.

Using linux?
This (or something very similar) is a known problem using some of the newer avr-gcc and avr-libc packages under linux.

I used servo from Arduino 0.22 in examples/servo/sweep or knob.
