The setup is:
- Hall Sensor in fron wheel hub of my car
- ABS unit inside car

ABS sensor kicks out current signal between 7mA and 14mA. There is a serial resistor inside ABS unit to measure the voltage dropping. Voltage moves up and down by 1V at around 10V sensor voltage at battery voltage of 12V

I'd like to read out that signal and convert this to a 0-5V voltage signal.
