I have an arduino set up to emulate a keyboard and open note pad. Now i want to dump a some binary data to it then rename it as a exe and run it. something like netcat or something, anyone have any idea how to encode netcat "any exe" for writing to a text file??

notepad saves files in text mode. the binary data will be destroyed when saved. you need an app that can write binary files like a hex dump

So spotted the hard drive on the arduino then?
The PC will have to do the writing under the command of the arduino. That means using some sort of program on the PC to take the commands and do the writing.
