Bigger Bigger Smaller Smaller Reset Reset

I just bought a new graphic LCD, and I have no idea where to start with creating a sketch to control it. The part number is LCM-5430-E. It does have copper pads labeled VDD, GND, V1, V2, V3, V4, V5, and VEE. It uses M586B and M586A chips. If anyone can help, it would be appreciated.

Work to know first the driver that is associated with it and then download its library that corresponds to the type of driver it is having and then load a sample that would be given with the Library.

knowing about driver it uses whih here will get you to its datasheet and further simplify the connection process.
Most probably the connection will go as VDD - +5v and GND for ground and v1,v2,v3,v4,v5 would be the pins that need connection to digital pins of the arduino and VEE corresponds to VCC on arduino, this is a normal connection pattern.
