Hi!
Being an idiot i just accidently ran 12v down pin 13 of my uno. The atmega328p-pu became hot to the touch (i couldn't hold my finger there). Uppon connecting it to the computer the arduino gui could not upload any sketches to the uno. So i went on ebay and bought this:

Will this correct my issue or do i need to buy a new arduino.
