I am trying to program a Gyro Breakout Board ADXRS300 on arduino
but i have no idea how it works
do you guys have any sample code that i could take a look at?

No better time than now to start learning to (find and ) read datasheets.  Google will help you find the datasheet.  With some practice the various abbreviations will start to make sense.
