Bigger Bigger Smaller Smaller Reset Reset

Hi

I want to make my own steering wheel with old steering wheel and some buttons and potmeters for Need For Speed: World.
There aren't really much controllers supported and I don't want to spent so much money on them.

Supported controllers:
Quote
Microsoft
Xbox 360 Controller for Windows
Logitech
Logitech ChillStream
Logitech Rumble Gamepad F510
Logitech RumblePad
Logitech RumblePad 2
Logitech Cordless Rumblepad 2
Logitech Dual Action Gamepad
Logitech G25 Racing Wheel
Logitech G27 Racing Wheel
Thrustmaster
Thrustmaster Universal Challenge Racing Wheel

I have experience with an arduino so, shouldn't be a problem. For a basic gas pedal. What will I need (from electronics)? I'll use an arduino UNO! and if I made a gas pedal, how can I program that if I push the gas pedal a little it would drive like 25mph constantly.. with stupid arrow keys you can't keep your speed.. If you get what I mean..

Thanks!

The Arudino is a Serial device not a Human Input Device... so to start with... you need some sort of Arduino-HID interface added.

Thanks for the word "HID". Never heard of before (Since I'm not a native English speaker)
I found some very intresting things with HID and arduino. Going to a car graveyard tomorrow to get a steering wheel and some pedals.

The word really helped me smiley
