Hi

Im new and i just saw Arduino and i would like to learn more about it! But where do i begin? Some good internet sites with alot of good tutorials?

If i buy a Arduino Board will i receive it in alot of small parts that i have to put together or just 1 big part?

What you get will depend entirely on what you choose to buy. If you're just starting out I'd recommend getting yourself a pre-assembled board like this one: http://www.adafruit.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=17&products_id=50

If you don't have any kit for electronics then the starter pack has enough pieces to start you experimenting:
