it would never have occured to me to cut a chassis out of pcb, I have a contact with a laser cutter, maybe just maybe i might go in for that, I love the second design on that page, with the suspension on the rear axel, although i cant think why suspension is really useful ?

would it help the traction round corners?
I have got my GYRO working , or at least I have numbers changing in the serial print when i move it, if i combine that with some mosfet to control the motor then hey presto, I would have the workings of an arduino car,
and if the chassis is made of PCB then it would probly work for the heatsink on the mosfet,

im getting quite interesed, if only i had time

Never to old to learn and I learn every day
