The Arduino Due seems to be having just as many problems.
avrfreaks.net also has an extensive forum. And, unlike the Arduino forum, most people know a lot about AVRs.
QuoteThe Arduino Due seems to be having just as many problems. How could you tell?So far, the Due seems to have avoided showing up from manufacturing with wrong parts installed, if only by virtue of not having shown up from manufacturing at all. Ie Due is still vaporware (less than vaporware, since that usually implies a spec and no parts, and there's no spec yet), while Raspberry Pi has had ... errors.(Hi Leon! You know about ChipKit (using PIC32), right?)(Leon is somewhat infamous over on AVRFreaks, where he insists on pointing out cases where other vendors (usually Microchip) might have done something better than Atmel.)
I might make up a lead by modifying a suitable USB cable and powering it from my bench supply.
