Iam doing my project using arduino uno board.Iam doing the programming with simulink support package(arduino Target).I generated Unipolar pulses. I got correct simulation output. But while i am checking the digital output  with CRO , i am getting the digital output with reduced frequency. If iam decreasing the sampling time period, accordingly the output frequency is again decreasing.I have tried the Pulse generator demo in the arduino target file, in that also, the output frequency got decreased. I am unable to find the reason . Please help.
