while testing serial link i see following funny effect:
2 ARDUINO connected by ( 3 wire )
D2 - D3
D3 - D2
GND-GND

not communicate while one was connected to USB only. ( Vmeasured on secondary 2.83V )
started communication while one was connected to USB and 9V power supply ( Vmeasured on secondary 2.99VDC )
there is power to run cpu, communication, and 2 LED.

so, how can a ATmega328 run by getting some serial communication voltage at D2 ( as input configured at secondary )???
from D3 prim, what is the softserial Dout from powered primary.
