Topic: interfacing to 3.3v NAND flash (Read 775 times) previous topic - next topic

Hello, I'm a new user ... first post

I am underway with a data recovery project.  My data to extract is residing in 3.3v NAND flash.  Since I don't have any expensive NAND programmer or reader, I would like to use Arduino USB to read this device slowly for complete image dump.  I have experience with writing low-level software to do this.

My question is to interface Arduino with my 3.3v Samsung K9F1G08U0A NAND flash, is it a simple matter to replace the Atmega8 part with low-voltage version Atmega8L ?

Thx,
pio
