Bigger Bigger Smaller Smaller Reset Reset

Hi!

Well i was thinking about get a little bit more "hardcore" with my sim, so i would like to build a 47 button, 8 decoder and 10 axis box.... but I'm quite lost, i build a scheme :

and, of course, i have a few question (to say the least smiley-lol ):

- The pull down resistor are in the correct place, and they should be about 10K Ohms???
- The diodes (that would "kill" the ghost buttons) are well placed, and which ones you recommend (i see that they use this one in other board but better get some advice---> http://es.mouser.com/Search/ProductDetail.aspx?R=1N4148_Qvirtualkey51210000virtualkey512-1N4148_Q)??
-the sensor i would use is a hall sensor that has an Supply Current of 8mA so i would need to place a resistor to leverage the current?????

Ok thanks for helping me out!!
